Amanda Jepsen Harp, ESQ.
Partner
Amanda Jepsen Harp is the attorney behind Harp Law Firm, PLLC, representing individuals and families throughout Mississippi in family law, estate planning, personal injury and workers' compensation, and disability matters. Much of her work involves people facing something difficult for the first time, and she meets those conversations with steady guidance, practical insight, and genuine care.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi and the Mississippi College School of Law, Amanda has practiced in the Jackson metro area since 2022 and has built experience across a wide range of civil matters. She takes the time to understand a client's full situation before recommending a path forward, and she is candid about what the law can and cannot do in a given case.
Amanda is licensed to practice in Mississippi, admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Together those credentials allow her to represent clients in state and federal matters throughout the region, and veterans in claims for VA benefits.
She believes that strong legal representation begins with the relationship. Clients hear from her directly about where their case stands and what comes next, and the counsel she offers is shaped around their circumstances rather than a template.
Originally from Hernando, Amanda now lives in Brandon with her husband, Ryan, and their two dogs, Ollie and Daisy.
Kay Warrington
Legal Specialist
Kay Warrington is the Legal Specialist at Harp Law Firm, PLLC, bringing more than two decades of legal, academic, and public service experience to the firm's clients across Mississippi. For many clients, she is the first voice they hear and the steady point of contact through the life of their case.
Kay earned her Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School of Law and holds a Master of Science in Social Justice and Criminology from Delta State University. Her career began in public service, where she spent eight years as a probation officer beginning in 2004, and she has worked in civil law firm operations since 2012. Much of that work has centered on personal injury and workers' compensation claims.
Two decades of perspective across public service and private practice have given her a practical understanding of how the legal system moves and where people most often need someone in their corner. While in law school, she focused on hands-on advocacy, volunteering at the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic and taking part in both the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic and the Adoption Clinic. That work shaped a lasting commitment to helping people find their voice and navigate a process that can feel overwhelming from the outside.
She knows how stressful a legal matter can be, and she is dedicated to making sure every client receives the clear communication, respect, and steady support they deserve from start to finish.
Originally from the St. Louis, Missouri area, Kay now lives in Bentonia with her husband, Cody, and their three dogs, Izzy, Delbert, and Winston.
